Saw Where the Wild Things Are at the midnight premiere. This is the result. I don't think it's particularly spoilery for anything -- there's only a very little bit of the new information from the movie, so if you've read the book, you should be good.

It is ridiculously windy outside and I love it. It's also WARM. Like legitimately warm. I also love that.

And the wind was so loud that it was providing some very nice ambient noise for Macbeth rehearsal -- especially during the "To-morrow and to-morrow" speech. It was a little creepy the way the wind died out completely just as MacB finished, ( Read more... )

Two of my classes this week are focusing on pirates. One is showing some portion of Pirates of the Caribbean in class, and in the other, we were watching National Geographic's docudrama on Blackbear, which pretty clearly rips stuff off from PotC, which is hilarious ( Read more... )

3:23 AM: Have watched Rocky Horror and yelled lots of appropriately
obscene things; toseed a frisbee around some, lugged my computer
around, and played quite a bit of Guitar Hero.

Currently, I'm watching Dead Man's Chest and loving Bill
Nighy's accent all over again. Also facepalming at Bootstrap. Oh,
Bill.
